Over the last 20 years I’ve been fortunate enough to work in a multitude of technical and operationally diverse roles. I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly through that time. I’ve been involved in major incident management and change management, amongst other ITIL disciplines followed by managing server teams and data centre operations, middleware application support teams and end-user support functions. Add a good sprinkling of project management, data centre locations, building new call centres and core platform migrations into the mix as well. Information security has always been an integral part of those roles and has always been at the foundation of how I’ve worked.
It’s really motivating to see how passionate our customers are about their businesses and we share that passion to help protect those businesses. We really do try and work as one big team to meet a common objective.
